Tom is a seasoned real estate professional who has been serving the needs of Boulder, Colorado clients for over 40 years. He is a graduate of The University of Colorado and a Boulder resident.
Tom has acquired in-depth knowledge about the Front Range and how its economy affects the local real estate market with a strong focus on commercial and residential real estate. This knowledge enables him to identify valuable investment opportunities for a diverse client base - ranging from savvy and experienced property owners to new buyers looking for guidance when purchasing their first home.
As the Founder Broker/Owner of RE/MAX of Boulder, Inc., Tom attributes his long-term success to a strong work ethic that stems from his love of helping people and an appreciation for the unique lifestyle that Boulder and the surrounding areas offers its residents.
Tyler is a Boulder native, born and raised. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied Political Science and Economics.
His entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, vision, and over a decade of real estate experience laid his foundation as a commercial real estate broker.
Tyler’s an expert in research, and market and property analysis. He's also proficient in contract structuring and negotiations. Tyler only acts in his client's best interests, in even the most challenging circumstances. He is an active member of the Boulder Colorado Association of Realtors.
